My training as a Relocation Specialist, my years as a realtor, and my own relocation to Richmond, have taught me how overwhelming each side of this process can be. Before I came to Richmond, I worked as a political person in Washington, DC for 25 years. Information was the most precious commodity there. It’s really no different in buying or selling real estate--not to mention in negotiating the right price.
